You may withdraw from active candidacy for employment by Reed Elsevier at any time by advising us at careerqueries@reedelsevier.com. Reed Elsevier will retain your data for up to two years from the date it is last actively used, as required by applicable laws.

While your record remains active we will use the data you provide to assess potential matches to vacancies in our organisation, and to send you announcements relating to employment opportunities available in Reed Elsevier for which we believe you may be suitable.

For these purposes Reed Elsevier may share your candidate record and Personal Information with other Reed Elsevier companies and employees located in our offices around the world. In the event that any Reed Elsevier company ceases to be part of the Reed Elsevier Group plc group of companies that company will continue to have access to your data and will continue to comply with this statement. By entering the application process you consent to this and recognise that such other countries may not provide an equivalent level of protection as the data protection laws in your home country.
