My job is different every day. I have the opportunity to be creative and innovative, meet new people, and to continually stretch myself beyond my limits. It is a constant learning curve so work is always exciting and challenging. Over the last 10 years I’ve gained a lot of valuable marketing experience, as well as a broad range of general skills, and have worked in Australia, France and the UK.

Reed’s international environment has really opened up opportunities and, contrary to what people might think about such a large organisation, I have the autonomy, the responsibility and freedom to do my job in my own way. The set up is also very collaborative; everyone works together towards a common goal – a successful show.

I like the fact that as a large organisation Reed offers so many opportunities; I also like the fact that Reed genuinely values its employees as individuals.
