It’s my responsibility to drive Reed’s commercial activities within the Asia region; this includes acquisitions, launches, strategic partnerships and territorial expansion. There are so many opportunities to expand in the area, it’s a ‘the sky’s the limit’ situation, so I’m able to really stretch my imagination and develop and drive new initiatives – it keeps me fresh and highly motivated. Regular travel within the region means I experience many cultures and meet people from different backgrounds, so work is always fascinating.
What I like about Reed is that it’s relatively flat in structure, allowing the fast decision making and mobility of a small company, but with the strong foundations of a larger corporation. There are no little cogs in big wheels, everyone feels valued, yet the opportunities to relocate or change roles are vast.
